Whether you’re stepping onto court or winding down after a match, these sessions are built to help you play better for longer - and stay injury free.
Using a blend of activation drills, mobility, Pilates, strength and joint health training, B FIT Courtside targets the areas racket sport players need most: shoulders, hips, core and rotation.
All sessions are designed to be simple, effective and accessible, using minimal equipment (bands + mats).

This complete performance session combines targeted activation with effective recovery to help you get more from your time on and off the court.
Blending dynamic mobility, resistance band activation, and rotational strength with Pilates-based core training, deep stretching, and mobility work. This session supports how you move, perform, and recover.
