Effective date: 26 October 2026

These are the full terms for The Shift and The Method. They are the terms you agree to when you tick the box at checkout. Our general Privacy Policy, Terms and Conditions and Health Disclaimer also apply.

Part 1: The Shift

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Rachel Love, trading as bFit ("bFit", "we", "us"), for your place on The Shift. By ticking the box at booking, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to them.

2. The programme

The Shift is a 4-week live group coaching course. It includes:

  • Four weekly live group sessions (Balance Your Blood Sugar, Understand Hunger, Manage Stress, Sleep)

  • Weekly guides and workbooks, released one week at a time in the bFit members' area

  • The bonus Low-Carb, High-Fibre, High-Protein Guide

  • Pre-course and end-of-course check-ins

Your access to the members' area is personal to you and must not be shared. Access to course materials continues for 1 month after the course ends, after which we may remove it.

If you miss a live session, recordings will be available in the members' area. Session dates and times are confirmed in your welcome email.

3. Booking, payment and refunds

The Shift costs £199, paid in full at booking. Your place is confirmed once payment is received.

  • 14-day cancellation right. Under UK consumer law you may cancel within 14 days of booking for a full refund. If the course starts within those 14 days, you ask us to begin straight away. If you then cancel, we may deduct a fair amount for sessions and materials you have already received.

  • After 14 days, or once the course has started, fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person.

  • If we cancel or reschedule a session, we will offer a new date or a refund for that part of the course.

  • You may move to a later cohort once, if you ask at least 7 days before your course starts, subject to availability.

4. Health and safety

The Shift offers general education on nutrition, lifestyle, movement and recovery. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your GP or another healthcare professional.

  • Complete the health questionnaire honestly and tell us about any change in your health.

  • Speak to your GP before making changes to your diet, exercise or medication, particularly if you are pregnant, diabetic, on medication, or have a medical condition.

  • Take part within your own limits. Stop any activity that causes pain, dizziness or discomfort and seek medical advice.

  • You are responsible for your own health decisions and for how you use the information provided.

5. Our content and copyright

All course content is the intellectual property of bFit and is protected by copyright. This includes live sessions and recordings, guides, workbooks, recipes, videos, audio, slides, check-in forms, templates and the structure of the programme itself.

You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the content for your own private use while on The Shift. You must not, without our written permission:

  • Copy, reproduce, download (except where a download option is provided for your personal use), screenshot for distribution, or record any content or live session

  • Share, forward, sell, publish or distribute content, or your login details, to anyone else

  • Post content on social media, websites, forums or group chats

  • Adapt, rewrite or use the content, in whole or in part, to create your own courses, coaching programmes, classes or materials, whether paid or free

  • Remove any bFit branding or copyright notices

Any breach of this section will end your access immediately without a refund. We may also take legal action to protect our work.

6. Group conduct, recordings and your data

  • Treat other members with respect. Anything personal shared by another member during sessions is confidential and must not be repeated outside the group.

  • We may remove anyone whose behaviour is abusive or disruptive, without a refund.

  • Live sessions may be recorded for members to watch back. If you prefer not to appear, keep your camera off and use a display name.

  • We handle your personal information, including your check-in answers, in line with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection law. We will not share it without your consent.

  • With your permission only, we may use your feedback or testimonial in our marketing.

7. General

  • Results. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, so we cannot guarantee specific results.

  • Liability. Our total liability to you is limited to the fee you paid. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or anything else that cannot be limited by law.

  • Changes. We may update the course content or these terms. Any change will not reduce what you have paid for.

  • Law. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.

Part 2: The Method

1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Rachel Love, trading as bFit ("bFit", "we", "us"), for your membership of The Method. By ticking the box at checkout, you confirm you have read, understood and agree to them.

2. The membership

The Method is an online coaching membership. It includes:

  • A monthly live masterclass on one of the five foundations

  • A monthly implementation check-in call

  • A monthly 1-2-1 coaching call with Rachel

  • The Shift, which new members start with (unless already completed)

  • The B FIT Hub: session recordings, the members-only podcast, guides, recipes and resources

  • The private members' WhatsApp group

  • Members-only events and experiences, which may carry an extra cost

New cohorts start every two months, and your session dates are confirmed in your welcome email. Live sessions are recorded and added to the Hub if you miss one.

Your 1-2-1 is booked through the members' area. If you need to move it, give at least 24 hours' notice. A 1-2-1 missed without notice is not rescheduled and does not roll over to the next month.

Your access is personal to you and must not be shared. Access to the members' area, the Hub and the WhatsApp group ends when your membership ends.

3. Payment and your 6-month minimum

The Method costs £99 a month, taken automatically on the same date each month. By joining, you commit to a minimum of 6 months (£594 in total). After that, your membership continues monthly until you cancel.

  • 14-day cancellation right. Under UK consumer law you may cancel within 14 days of joining. If you ask us to start your membership within those 14 days, we may deduct a fair amount for sessions and materials you have already received.

  • During the first 6 months, you cannot cancel early. You remain responsible for the remaining payments, whether or not you use the membership.

  • After 6 months, you can cancel at any time by emailing info@bfit.co.uk with one month's notice. You can give notice from month 5, so your membership ends at month 6.

  • Exceptional circumstances. If serious illness or a major life event stops you taking part, contact us. We may pause your membership at our discretion.

  • Missed payments. If a payment fails, we may suspend your access until it is paid. The outstanding payments remain due.

  • Payments are non-refundable and non-transferable to another person, except as set out above or required by law.

  • If we cancel a live session, we will reschedule it or add a recording to the Hub.

4. Health and safety

The Method offers general education on nutrition, lifestyle, movement and recovery. It is not medical advice and does not replace advice from your GP or another healthcare professional.

  • Complete the health questionnaire honestly and tell us about any change in your health.
