What we do
B Fit bootcamps have been designed to get you fit in the fresh air, whilst having fun and enjoying the camaraderie with like-minded people.
Every session is different. We use a mixture of strength and stability drills utilising a variety of equipment, such as resistance bands or kettlebells, body weight exercises, core conditioning, boxing and fun fitness games.
Each session is 45 minutes of high energy exercise, followed by an optional 15 minute cool down and stretch (recommended). All bootcamp classes at B Fit are suitable for every fitness level and are designed to push your personal limits, whether you are completely new to fitness or a seasoned pro training for an event.
Classes run during term-time on Tuesdays at 9.15am, Wednesdays at 12.15pm and Thursdays at 9.15am.
Prices are set per term, depending on the number of weeks. If you are joining mid- term, remaining sessions prices can be calculated pro-rata, simply email us and we'll do the rest.
Rachel has a pursued her passion for the outdoors all her life, having spent her youth working in the French Alps and sailing super yachts around the oceans of the World. When she finally settled in Brighton, she studied nutrition & fitness and ran one of Brighton’s leading bootcamp companies for several years.
She specialises in group training and keeps fitness fun with an engaging approach to suit all levels - even those who ‘don’t enjoy exercise’. Expect her sessions to push you to new levels.
Rachel has been a keen pursuant of non-traditional sports all her life, having snowboarded from an early age and is now a passionate cyclist, open water swimmer and surfer.
