Bfit Pilates offers a comprehensive mat-based class focusing on core strength and flexibility. Our expert instructors will guide you through Classical Pilates exercises that improve overall body awareness and stability. Bfit Pilates delivers a thorough hour-long class for beginner to intermediate participants specifically designed to complement an active lifestyle.
