Conditioning

Bfit Conditioning offers a comprehensive approach to fitness that focuses on enhancing mobility and building strength, ensuring you can bulletproof your body for everyday challenges. Our program emphasises full ranges of functional movement, helping you become more agile, not fragile, so you can perform at your best in all aspects of life.

Our hour long studio based sessions run in half-termly course blocks

Fridays 12.30pm Cumberland Road
