Your Trainer
Rachel founded B FIT after years of living an active, outdoor lifestyle and developing a genuine passion for helping people feel stronger, healthier and more confident in themselves.
Before settling in Brighton, she spent several years snowboarding in the French Alps and working on super yachts around the world, experiences that shaped her energetic, down-to-earth approach to health and wellbeing.
For over 15 years, Rachel has run one of Brighton’s leading bootcamp communities, building a loyal following through sessions that are challenging, supportive and genuinely enjoyable - even for people who’ve never felt comfortable in traditional fitness environments.
Her approach focuses on sustainable fitness that fits into real life, helping people build strength, confidence and long-term healthy habits without extremes.
Alongside personal training and group coaching, Rachel is qualified in Nutritional Therapy, Sports Massage Therapy and Pilates.
Following her own experience recovering from a serious back injury, she has developed a strong understanding of rehabilitation, movement and the importance of training in a way that supports the body for the long term.
Outside of B FIT, Rachel is a keen cyclist, open water swimmer and racket sports player, as well as a parent who understands the realities of balancing health, family life and everything in between.
