The information, programmes, classes, guides, recipes, meal ideas, blog content, coaching content and other materials provided by B FIT are for general educational and informational purposes only.
They are not medical advice and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or health condition.
2. Not a substitute for professional advice
You should not rely on B FIT content as a substitute for advice from a qualified doctor, midwife, physiotherapist, psychologist, registered dietitian or other appropriate healthcare professional.
Always seek professional medical advice before starting any new exercise, nutrition or wellbeing programme, especially if you:

You should stop immediately and seek medical advice if you experience pain, chest discomfort, shortness of breath, dizziness, faintness or any other worrying symptoms.
5. Nutrition and food content
Any nutrition, meal planning or recipe content provided by B FIT is general in nature and may not be appropriate for everyone. You are responsible for checking ingredients, allergens, portion sizes and suitability for your own dietary needs and medical circumstances.
6. No guaranteed results
Individual results vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, including weight loss, body composition changes, fitness progress, symptom changes, energy improvements or other health or wellbeing outcomes.
7. Limitation of responsibility
To the fullest extent permitted by law, B FIT is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage or adverse outcome arising from:
