JAMES BARTRAM: Personal Trainer – Bootcamp – Boxercise®
James founded bfit bootcamp and runs most of our Hove Lawns sessions and bfit boxercise classes at Brighton & Hove High School and The Stables boxing gym at the Brighton Racecourse.
James Bartram is a highly qualified and experienced Registered Exercise Professional (REPS) who has helped many clients from all walks of life get into the best shape of their lives.
Specialising in fat loss, core stability and outdoor bootcamp style training James regularly undertakes further study to ensure that his clients receive the most up-to-date and effective techniques available. He offers wholehearted personalised 1-2-1 training sessions at local parks, the beach, clients’ homes, and other locations, avoiding excess gym membership and providing a fun, flexible professional service.
James strives to be the perfect fitness ambassador, keeping in tip top physical condition. Clients enjoy training with James, finding him the perfect training partner as he encourages and motivates, whilst raising the bar that little bit higher, getting you working to your maximum potential.

RACHEL LOVE: Nutritional Therapist - Bootcamp – Boxercise®
Rachel runs our bikini fit ladies only bootcamps and our Preston Park bfit (mixed) sessions. You will also usually see her at our saturday sessions.
Founder of bodyoptimum.co.uk, Rachel is a highly qualified health professional trained in nutritional therapy and fitness instructing. She thrives on helping people to reclaim their health and achieve their body’s potential.
Rachel specialises in nutrition for sport and weight loss, working closely with fitness professionals and athletes.
She is one of only 35 practitioners in the UK currently trained in First Line Therapy – a pioneering new health program incorporating nutrition and exercise developed by The Institute of Functional Medicine. Rachel is acutely aware that nutrition and exercise are the cornerstones to healthy ageing.
Having undertaken three years of nutritional training at the College of Naturopathic Medicine, Rachel has an extensive understanding of the delicate balance of nutrients needed for our body systems to function effectively and how to identify and address any deficiencies or imbalances.
She also regularly undertakes additional training as she constantly strives to add to her skills base and ensure her clients receive the most effective treatment & information on the market.
As a member of governing body; the British Association for Applied Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy, Rachel is bound by a strict code of conduct and ethics, and is fully insured.

ADAM NELSON: Personal Trainer - Bootcamp – Boxercise®
Adam takes our bfit boxercise classes on Thursdays at Brighton & Hove High School and our 7am bootcamps at Hove Lawns
Adam is a fitness professional with a background in youth football coaching. He has coached in community schemes with Tottenham Hotspur, Brighton and Hove Albion F.C. and more recently with local team Mile Oak Wanderers.
Adam is also a keen distance runner and regularly competes in 10k and half marathon events consistently improving his performances.

As well as football and distance running Adam has added boxing to his skills base. He has completed different styles of boxing fitness qualifications in order to provide the best possible all-round instruction for bfit members.
Adam continues to study in order to obtain the most relevant and up to date information and techniques available.
