Our Strength & Toning training may incorporate Kettlebells, TRX training, dumbbells, barbells, medicine balls, resistance bands. We will train the major muscle groups in the body typically the chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs & the abdominals.

Where we can train

We can train you in one of our local brighton & hove gyms, at your home if that is more convenient, we have an extensive range of equipment. We can also train at local parks and of course the seafront.
