Corporate/private group training sessions
Corporate or private group sessions are available upon request. Group sessions can be great for team building and morale boosting as well as many other positive effects including stress relief, increased concentration levels, lower blood pressure, reduced cholesterol, improved posture and overall health and well being.
A healthier person means a happier person and can improve results in the workplace.
Your bfit personal trainer can visit your place of work and train an unlimited group of people. This can be particularly affordable and convenient. A group session may be booked as a one-off treat or on a regular basis.
A typical group training session may be based around bootcamp-style training; incorporating circuit training, boxercise, kettlebells, core stability and always a good stretch session to end. We can also deliver any combination of bfit boxercise, bfit Kettlebells and bfit Core strength classes according to your requirements.
bfit also offer corporate yoga classes. Our bfit yoga teacher Alex Langridge is fully qualified and very experienced. Yoga classes in Brighton & Hove usually start from around £7 per class so a corporate booking could work out as great value and could improve the focus and wellbeing of your workforce.
Classes may also be tailored to your specific requirements.
Nutritional talks and education are also available from our experienced Nutritional Therapist and bfit trainer Rachel Love. Rachel regularly gives nutritional talks and training at businesses and colleges. Talks can be tailored to the needs of your business from basic nutritional information to nutrition in the work place, or any element of nutrition that your business requires.
