Terms and conditions

  1. The bfit health declaration must be completed and signed before partaking in training.  This can be completed on our website for electronic signature
  2. Monthly payments are per calendar month.
  3. If a session or sessions are missed in any week, they may be made up during the rest of that particular paying month.
  4. If a session or sessions are missed in the last week of the paying month, they may be made up within the next paying month, an extension to that month will not be given unless a new payment is received.
  5. Block sessions are to be taken within 6 months
  6. Under 18s must be accompanied by an adult or have written consent from parent/guardian
  7. All special external deals are open to new members only. This means they have never attended one of our sessions previously
  8. Previous members will not be eligible for special external deals/voucher offers.
  9. Promotional offers are not eligible for free trial sessions
  10. Sessions to be booked online via the online booking system.
  11. Cancellations to be made via email or text message with at least 3 hours notice or a session will be lost.
  12. Booking is on a first come fist served basis.
  13. Memberships may be frozen for holiday if bfit is notified at least 2 weeks in advance.
  14. Membership freeze is not applicable to special deals.
  15. Scratch Card Holders must use all sessions within the validation period of their card
  16. Lost scratch cards incur a £5 replacement charge
  17. Bfit reserve the right to cancel a session if there are less than 6 attendees booked.
  18. Bfit reserve the right to change, omit or discontinue a session at any time
  19. If a session is cancelled, persons booked will be notified by text or email and changes will be notified on facebook when possible
  20. Memberships may be frozen due to illness or injury, but will require a doctor’s certificate.
  21. Bfit do not offer refunds, however, a membership may be transferred or deferred in certain circumstances if arranged and agreed by bfit.
  22. Bfit can not be held responsible for any loss or damage of clients personal items left whilst training.
