“I have been attending the bfit boxercise sessions for a while now and can honestly say i really enjoy it, i’ve never been able to say that about exercise before and after not doing any exercise at all for several years, after having my 3 year old, i was a bit nervous to say the least but James is an excellent instructor/trainer, he always pushes you that little bit harder but with great encouragement and always a smile on his face.

He makes the sessions fun and varied so no two sessions are ever the same, the level of fitness in the groups varies which is great and made me feel more comfortable especially feeling as unfit as i did, everyone is really friendly too.

“I discovered bfit’s boxercise by accident one happy Thursday whilst I walked home. I heard one of my favourite club tunes pumping out and it stopped me in my tracks in order to locate the source. I looked through the window and saw people punching, sweating and smiling. I thought “that looks like fun”. I went and wasn’t disappointed. Adam is great fun and keeps things changing and moving along nicely. You very much get to work up a sweat, burn calories and get a really good workout. The people are really nice and from all ages, backgrounds and fitness levels. It’s a really good way to meet new friends and everyone looks satisfyingly knackered at the end. I’ve tried to get all my friends to try it out since and it has become a real highlight to my week. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t fancy the monotony and loneliness of a gym. The atmosphere’s really laid-back and with some good music going, you certainly come away feeling like you’ve had a good workout!
