Bootcamp is brilliant – it’s hard, I dread going, but when I’m there it is really good fun and I glow with ‘feel good’ feelings afterwards.
James and Rachel have something really special here, and I’d recommend this to anybody, especially if (like me) you suddenly realised you hadn’t taken any exercise in years and it’s not to late to….! Happy New Year, Bootcamp!
Boot Camp Rules. I have been going since June last year. It is the only way I can consistently be motivated to get out and do some exercise that I genuinely enjoy. I have always gone running and been a member at the gym but Boot Camp is much more fun and interesting. Its always different. I find being out in the fresh air by the sea, and being part of a group is heaps better than being in the gym on your own, running on a machine staring at a wall. The exercises always vary and it really helps keep me fit for the other sports I play. It has even introduced me to the entirely new sport of “FitBall”, a game that genuinely involves everyone of all abilities and fitness levels. Everyone is really friendly and James is always on hand to push you that little bit further without sounding like an Army Major on steroids.
All round good times, well worth every penny!!
I’m so glad to have found bootcamp! I’ve been going for nearly 2 months now and absolutely love it. I find it so difficult to motivate myself to go to the gym or run so the fact that bootcamp is fun makes it easy to exercise! Rachel and James are lovely as well, if they hadn’t have been so encouraging I might not have kept it up. It is genuinely enjoyable and in a weird way I don’t know what I’d do without it. How sad!!
